Interconnections:
These places interconnects each other first being different in respect with regions that is Chandigarh (Or India in general) being Semi-Peripheral, Ladakh (Or Jammu & Kashmir) considered somewhat more towards periphery and Vancouver (Canada) as a Core region. Meaning these regions are interdependent, for example for cheaper labour the Core region would be dependent on the Semi=Periphery region for better efficiency.
Also globalization could have been only possible due to this link that helps peripheral or semi=peripheral regions to move towards core by developing at an international scale.
